Balanced between sweetness and creaminess, it is the perfect combination to accompany a coffee or simply lightly sweeten the palate during the day. This flavour is delicate thanks to the Matcha and gains intensity and freshness with the Lemongrass essential oil.

The colour, the delicacy, the flavour, the harmony, the textures, the precision. Everything is meticulously considered in the cakes by Juliana Penteado- you need only look at them in our shop window. But despite the sophisticated appearance of her sweets, Juliana Penteado likes to see her creations as the fruit of baking from the heart, made with passion and a great deal of sensitivity towards all that is good and beautiful.

Wheat flour, salted butter, white cane sugar, matcha, and lemongrass essential oil.
