Gleba’s first “salgadinho” is a true temptation. Inspired by the Brazilian classic, we created our own recipe that combines simplicity and flavor, designed to be practical, delicious, and perfect for any time of day.
To the sweet and sour cassava starch, we added a combination of parmesan and mozzarella, which gives the bread an intense aroma and a striking cheese flavor.
