The colour, the delicacy, the flavour, the harmony, the textures, the precision. Everything is meticulously considered in the cakes by Juliana Penteado- you need only look at them in our shop window. But despite the sophisticated appearance of her sweets, Juliana Penteado likes to see her creations as the fruit of pastry-making from the heart, made with passion and a great deal of sensitivity towards all that is good and beautiful.
